The only governing body that had the ability and the direct access to correct and question the crooked executives who stole the life savings of many investors, seem emasculated in their actions, and oblivious in their inquiries.

Obviously this is NOT normal practice in business, however it’s all that the general public or the general investor will remember. Preventative measures are what the savvy investor will be looking for going forward, and the shrewd investor will become a more active part of the shareholder process.
