Fees for engagements are standard industry rates, however, during the expansion of my involvement into board positions, these fees and compensation packages are all negotiable.

Basic Engagement

This participation option demands my attention for quarterly results meetings via conference call, or video conferencing. Meetings not in excess of 8 hours per quarter.

Actual attendance of quarterly meetings within a 3 hr radius of Cambridge ON.

Attendance for the Annual General Meeting. AGM business, resolution and budget reviews.

A full annual report of my observations, suggestions, and or minutes of the meetings as relevant to my participation will be provided in a written format.

No general consulting or excess business arrangements included in this engagement

Annual fee is $10,000.00 plus disbursements. Executive position surcharge of 15%.

General Engagement

This participation option demands my attention for monthly results meetings via conference call, or video conferencing. Meetings not in excess of 8 hours per month.

Actual attendance of quarterly meetings within a 3 hours radius of Cambridge ON.

Attendance for the Annual General Meeting. AGM business, resolution and budget reviews.

A full annual report of my observations, suggestions, and or minutes of the meetings as relevant to my participation will be provided in a written format.

No general consulting or excess business arrangements. Includes one subcommittee fee and annual project included in the engagement fee.

Annual fee is $25,000.00 plus all disbursements for companies with less than $50,000,000 in annual sales. $50,000.00 for companies between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 gross annual sales.

Executive position surcharge of 15%.

 Full Engagement

This is a working engagement. Not more than 1000 hours per year. Hours including deployment, travel and work. General working hours as standard and with exceptions as required.

This participation option demands my attention for weekly results meetings via conference call, or video conferencing or in person.

Actual attendance of quarterly meetings regardless of location

Attendance for the Annual General Meeting. AGM business, resolution and budget reviews.

A full annual report of my observations, suggestions, and or minutes of the meetings as relevant to my participation will be provided in a written format.

Annual fee is $95,000.00 plus all disbursements for companies with less than $100,000,000 in annual sales. $150,000.00 for companies over $100,000,000 in annual sales

Executive position surcharge of 15%.

Committee sitting fee is $1500 per sitting

Committee Chair surcharge is $500.00 per sitting.
